Everyone is telling you to go for it, you’re pretty much convinced about it yourself too, but something is holding you back. You’re not taking the plunge. Why not? What is making you stay? Well, that is called your gut feeling. People say your gut feeling is fundamental in making a decision. Despite numerous people telling you to do something, there is a small voice in your head telling you to stop. What is that voice? And should you trust it?
The answer is yes. Every person has something called a gut feeling. It arose from the old proverb ‘listen to your gut.

Your gut is telling you there is something you have missed. There is something you’re not thinking about. It’s like you left the stove on and can’t remember. However, your gut is telling you something is wrong, and you have to remember.
This feeling has been present since the pre-historic era during the time humans were just cavemen. Back then humans’ frontal lobes of the brain had not developed. Therefore they relied on their implicit memory to survive. This is where the gut feeling originates from.

The gut feeling originates from a human instinct that was present in us before we even knew it. It’s helped us well since then as a lot of people have made decisions while listening to their gut and have succeeded. We’re not saying everyone has, but we think you’d do well to listen to your gut!
