#5 – The Bird Dog
The bird dog is another very effective exercise in getting rid of back fat and pesky arm flab. Get on all fours just like a dog, and then raise the opposite arm and leg. This will really work your core, and make it a great way to get rid of that fat in just days.
#6 – Snow Angel
This video will show you how to do the snow angel exercise. It’s exactly the same as if you were playing in the snow as a kid. But this is a lot harder. You will be on your stomach, and spreading your legs and arms out to the sides. It’s very hard.
